From commissioned software to a software-building capability

An established automotive services operator already ran a successful business on software it did not build. Critical systems were commissioned, then extended one request at a time. Every new direction waited on a vendor.

RAZR Systems proposed more than another rewrite. We designed a shared product platform so later products inherit that foundation, instead of starting as separate commissions.
